Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Electricity Board’s online services will be suspended for three days from October 8 in connection with upgradation of its data centre.
As part of ensuring proper back up for data stored in data centre in Thiruvananthapuram, the Board is setting up a data revovery centre at Infopark at Cherthala. Mock drill for this is to be conducted during the next three days.
Customers will not be able to remit bills online through Akshaya Centres or otherwise during these days. The customer care centre of the Board too would not be operational on these days.
Customers have been requested to contact local section officers for registration of complaints and remittance of bills.
